Wood spurge
This plant first attracted me at a public garden on a brilliantly sunny spring day, with its lush spring green leaves and tiny lime-green flowers. Found what it was thanks to Google Lens, bought and planted it in the home garden.
It is pretty in all seasons, and is resilient to most pests and diseases, drought tolerant, and most importantly, low-maintenance.
Like many of the plants I seem to like, all parts of this plant are highly toxic if ingested. It has a milky sap which can irritate the eyes and skin.
